The exterior case dimensions are 20.50"L x 15.50"W x 7.37"H, making it a compact, airtight, and shippable solution. It is also waterproof (IP67), crushproof, and dustproof, qualifying it as TSA approved for checked luggage. This durable, heavy duty storage case is the most versatile knife holder on the market.

The shell is made of injection molded high strength copolymer polypropylene plastic with ribs for additional structural reinforcement. Four strong latches keep the case securely closed, while two metal reinforced padlock holes protect the contents. Stainless steel hinge pins add strength, and a pressure relief valve accommodates changing altitudes. The rubber over-molded handle provides comfort, and a gasket seal keeps out water, dust, dirt and other foreign debris.

Additional foam perforations allow for further customizations, enabling users to accommodate various knife sizes. For smaller knives, the perforated spacers can be left in place, while for longer knives, they can be removed. Thin knives can even be placed two to a single slot.
